Shipping policy

Printed books

Printed books are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and United States public holidays.

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and carrier backlogs can extend them. A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

International duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duty, value added tax or a customs handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict them and we cannot refund them. Parcels refused at customs and returned to us are refunded less the outbound shipping cost.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. A parcel returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect can be reshipped once you have paid the reshipping cost.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or if tracking shows delivery but nothing arrived, write to e.cromwellsmith@gmail.com. We will open a carrier trace and, where the parcel cannot be located, replace or refund the order.

eBooks and audiobooks

Digital editions are not shipped. A download link is emailed to the address given at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us and we will resend it.
